Why would I buy from a distributor and not go directly to the manufacturer?
If you know exactly what you are looking for and are price shopping only, it does not matter where you go apart from trying to find the best suited machine for your application. But if you are that person, you are in the minority. Most likely, you know what you need to do but don't know exactly how to get it done. If you call a manufacturer, you will get great support and knowledge for the product line they manufacture. Limited to! Putting it into car terms, you call Ferrari for a car to go to the market with. Well, you can go to the market with a Ferrari no doubt but probably you don't want to get there that fast.
As a distributor, we are not bound by one single companies products. We can find the right piece of equipment for your application.

What do you do with my contact information ?
Sell it to the highest bidder? NO! It stays with us. Period. From time to time we allow ourself to send you an e-mail about new things we do. If you don't like that, just reply to us and we won't bugg you any further.

We are a small company. We can't afford a lot of machinery. Where should we start?
Relax. Check out where you spend most of your time. Is it filling? Is it labeling? Is it closing the package? Time your operations for a week. What ever the result, we focus on that. That will free up time for all other operations.

How long will it take before the machine can ship?
This is different for all machines. Do you need a small semi automatic label applicator? 1 - 2 weeks will be enough. Do you need a weigh filler? Prepare to wait 6 - 8 weeks. Do you need a tray former? 12 - 14 weeks is not uncommon.

What do I need to do for shipping?
If you like, we arrange this for you. Since we ship frequently, we get a good discount with a certain freight forwarder. We will pass this savings onto you by pre-paying the shipping and adding it to the final invoice.
