This machine is designed to handle water-thin to very thick fluids. No change parts are needed
and fill volume is changed by the touch of a button.
The SKF6000's advanced electronic control provides digital set up of each filling nozzle's volume, automatic container indexing and cycle time. This digital control allows much faster set up times.
The SKF6000 employs the use of positive displacement flowmeters, instead of conventional pistons or individual pumps. The main benefits of these flowmeters include:

Magnets embedded in the impellers activate a non-intrusive sensor which generates a pulsed output signal. Each pulse represents a known volume. The signal is transmitted to remote instrumentation for data collection and digital display.
